IQ Resource Group is seeking a Manufacturing Helper to join a fast-paced converting operation in Neenah, WI. This hands-on role moves materials, packs and labels finished products, assists machine operators, and rotates tasks to maintain production flow.

Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required. The position requires safety focus, reliability, and teamwork across shifts, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for production and reporting systems.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of paper converting machines.
• Support machine operators to keep production running efficiently and safely.
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production area.
• Pack, label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues.
• Load materials into machines and remove completed products from equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and assist with basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear always required PPE.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and use computer systems as required.
• Rotate between departments and job duties based on production needs.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with machine changeovers, adjustments, and routine maintenance support.
• Work overtime and rotating shifts as required by production schedules.

• 1st Shift: $22.00/hr
• 2nd shift: $22.26/hr
• 3rd shift: $22.52/hr

Hours

Rotation between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift(7am-3pm/ 3pm-11pm/ 11pm-7am)

• Strong communication skills in team and independent settings
• Manufacturing, paper machine, or converting experience preferred
