Job summary

Camosun International is seeking a Coordinator - International Student Services to lead the student services team and coordinate advising and registration support for international students. The role collaborates with the Registrar’s Office and college departments to ensure compliant and timely immigration, enrollment, and academic advising services.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years in international student services, with supervisory experience and strong communication

Responsibilities

Supervises and schedules the international student services team for priority services.
Participates in recruitment, orientation, and training of staff.
Acts as first point of contact for complex student advising issues and referrals.
Provides data to support annual planning and reporting.
Collaborates with Registrar’s Office and schools to improve registration processes.
Develops and maintains procedures for student immigration advisory support.
