Job summary

Generations Cleaning is seeking a confident and motivated Lead Generator to support our growing sales team. The role focuses on outbound calling and appointment setting to open doors for our outside Sales Representatives across the GTA.

This full-time position offers $20.00–$25.00 per hour and a schedule of 20–25 hours per week. You will work remotely, build initial interest, and help our team connect with qualified prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
• Professional, friendly, and persistent without being aggressive.
• Ability to identify the correct decision-maker and navigate gatekeepers.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working from home and meeting activity targets.
• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, B2B sales, or related fields is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial clients.

• Introduce Generations Cleaning and identify potential opportunities.
• Ask qualifying questions about current cleaning programs and upcoming needs.
• Focus on generating opportunities for 5–7 day-per-week services and superintendent services.
• Book qualified initial meetings for outside Sales Representatives.
• Follow up with prospects not ready to book immediately.
• Maintain accurate notes and prospect information in the CRM.

Position Overview

Generations Cleaning is looking for a confident and motivated Full-Time Lead Generator to support our growing sales team.

The primary focus of this role is outbound calling and appointment setting. You will connect with businesses and commercial properties throughout the GTA, identify the appropriate decision-maker, introduce our services, and book qualified meetings for our outside Sales Representatives.

This is not a closing role. Your goal is to open doors, build initial interest, and get our sales team in front of qualified prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial clients.
• Connect with key decision-makers, including:
  • Property Managers.
  • Facility Managers.
  • Operations Managers.
  • Office Managers.
  • Building Managers.
  • Other individuals responsible for janitorial and building services.
• Introduce Generations Cleaning and identify potential opportunities.
• Ask qualifying questions about the prospect's current cleaning program, service frequency, and upcoming needs.
• Focus on generating opportunities for 5–7 day-per-week commercial janitorial services and superintendent services.
• Book qualified initial meetings for our outside Sales Representatives.
• Follow up with prospects who may not be ready to book immediately.
• Maintain accurate notes and prospect information in our CRM.
• Communicate regularly with the sales team regarding booked meetings and potential opportunities.
• Meet established weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable using a CRM and basic computer programs.

Compensation

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
