Job summary

Generations Cleaning is hiring a confident Lead Generator to support our sales team in the GTA. This full-time role focuses on outbound calling and appointment setting to drive qualified meetings for our outside Sales Representatives.

You will engage with decision-makers at commercial properties, gather information on current cleaning programs, and help open doors to new opportunities. Remote work from home is supported with clear activity targets.

Lead Generator – Commercial Cleaning

Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 20–25 hours per week Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

Position Overview

Generations Cleaning is looking for a confident and motivated Full-Time Lead Generator to support our growing sales team. The primary focus of this role is outbound calling and appointment setting. You will connect with businesses and commercial properties throughout the GTA, identify the appropriate decision-maker, introduce our services, and book qualified meetings for our outside Sales Representatives. This is not a closing role. Your goal is to open doors, build initial interest, and get our sales team in front of qualified prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial clients.
• Connect with key decision-makers, including:
  • Property Managers.
  • Facility Managers.
  • Operations Managers.
  • Office Managers.
  • Building Managers.
  • Other individuals responsible for janitorial and building services.
• Introduce Generations Cleaning and identify potential opportunities.
• Ask qualifying questions about the prospect's current cleaning program, service frequency, and upcoming needs.
• Focus on generating opportunities for 5–7 day-per-week commercial janitorial services and superintendent services.
• Book qualified initial meetings for our outside Sales Representatives.
• Follow up with prospects who may not be ready to book immediately.
• Maintain accurate notes and prospect information in our CRM.
• Communicate regularly with the sales team regarding booked meetings and potential opportunities.
• Meet established weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For

• Strong and confident telephone communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Professional, friendly, and persistent without being overly aggressive.
• Able to get past gatekeepers and identify the correct decision-maker.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently from home while staying accountable to activity targets.
• Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, B2B sales, commercial cleaning, property management, or facility services is an asset.
• Comfortable using a CRM and basic computer programs.

Compensation

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
