Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in F&B, supervisor level or assistant manager in a full-service hotel environment.
• Post-secondary education in F&B/Hospitality Management is an asset.
• Proven experience with F&B cost controls and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage busy meal periods across F&B operations including banquets.
• Lead the operation to exceed guest expectations and ensure opening/closing duties are fulfilled.
• Provide training, guidance and mentorship to F&B associates and collaborate with other departments.
