Silver Hotel Group's Constantine, located inside The Anndore House in Toronto, is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and craft beverages with care in a lively, guest-focused setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and a flair for service; you will operate espresso and coffee equipment, maintain a clean station, and help create memorable experiences for hotel guests and locals alike.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests and modifications.
• Preparing and serving beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operating coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing machines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• Assisting with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Following health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Live the corporate culture, personifying it in daily interactions with both guests and team members.
