Job summary

Donalda Club in North York, ON seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor on a one-year contract. You will oversee casual dining, banquets and fine dining, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience and staff perform at high standards.

Experience in hospitality, supervisory skills, and Smart Serve are required; wine certification is a plus. The role requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of high school education.
• Post-secondary education in F&B management or related field.
• 3–5 years hospitality experience; 2 years supervisory preferred.
• Smart Serve certification required; wine certification asset.
• Proficient with MS Office; Jonas knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Supervise dining staff, assign duties, and brief pre-service information.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for timely meals.
• Train staff on menus, beverages, and service standards.
• Manage reservations and accommodate dietary requests.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OHSA and club policies.
