Job summary

Option Excavating Inc. is seeking a construction laborer to assist with underground infrastructure projects across multiple sites. You will shoot and establish grades, prep materials, and help in grading, trenching, and installation tasks while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years relevant construction experience.
• Must have CSTS-09, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance and CSA-approved 8” steel toe work boots.

Responsibilities

• Shoot grades and establish grades.
• Prepare and set up material for installation.
• Record and mark up drawings for as-builts.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Read specifications, blueprints, and as-builts.
