Job summary

DOSE is seeking a Social Media & Creator Lead to build and own our social and creator strategy with a focus on Ontario and growing US presence. You’ll translate direction into content for Instagram and TikTok, collaborating with Brand to bring concepts to life and drive real awareness.

You’ll be hands-on with filming, editing and partnerships, turning trends into scroll-stopping ideas. If you live internet culture and love fast campaigns, this is your chance to shape DOSE’s voice.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in social media, content creation, creator/influencer marketing or similar.
• Track record of growing social accounts and tying performance to business results.
• Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok; platform behaviours, formats, trends.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing short-form, social-first content.
• Experience managing creator/influencer partnerships from sourcing through reporting.
• Strong understanding of the Ontario social landscape and audience.
• US market or multi-market social experience is an asset.
• Comfortable moving fast with strong organizational skills across multiple content streams and deadlines.
• Willing to travel to Montreal roughly once a month, plus travel for events, sampling activations and other brand initiatives, mainly in the GTA.

Responsibilities

• Social strategy: Own DOSE's day-to-day organic strategy across Instagram and TikTok, with Brand.
• Content calendar: Build and maintain content calendars aligned to brand, campaign and business priorities.
• Content creation: Lead ideation of social-first content and get hands-on — filming, editing, directing and coordinating production.
• Creator strategy: Develop DOSE's creator and influencer strategy, sourcing partnerships subject to Brand approval.
• Creator management: Manage creator partnerships end to end — outreach, briefing, approvals and delivery.
• Trends & culture: Stay plugged into TikTok, Instagram and internet culture, and turn trends into content fast.
• Market: Build deep knowledge of Ontario audiences, creators and culture — primary focus. Contribute to DOSE's social presence in the US as priorities evolve.
• Performance: Monitor social performance, flag content worth amplifying through paid media with the Manager, Content & Communications, and act on what you learn.
