Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Designand Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, which commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edgetechnology into our projects and practice.
As Lead Contract Administrator, you provideoversight during the construction phase, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from design intent through completion. Working collaboratively with the Project Manager and project team, you align on-site execution with studio standards, clientobjectives, and contractual requirements. You engage early and throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to reviews that enhance constructability, quality, and efficiency. You navigate complex project dynamics with a proactive and solution-oriented approach,maintainingclear communication between the site and studio to uphold project integrity and exceed client expectations.
The expected hiring range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000 annually. This hiring range falls within a broader salary band established for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
