Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Project Manager, Architecture to lead complex design projects from conception to completion in a hybrid work environment.
You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate with consultants, oversee contract administration, and guide the team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions while maintaining design intent and client satisfaction.

Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.
As a Project Manager you will strategically manage and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to design intent, and successful delivery within established scope, schedule, and budget. This role demands a blend of design and construction knowledge, along with project and financial management skills, and leadership abilities to navigate complex project dynamics. You will lead projects to successful execution while meeting client expectations, leveraging your expertise to maintain a collaborative project environment and guide the team through challenges to achieve project objectives with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The expected hiring range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 annually. This hiring range falls within a broader salary band established for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
