Job summary

Trans Mountain Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager for the Pacific Link facilities on a contract basis. You will lead construction planning, coordinate with the Project Manager and consultants, and drive CEP development to meet schedules and budgets.

You will oversee constructability reviews, manage external vendors, and ensure Stage-Gate and design reviews are completed with high quality outputs.

Responsibilities

Provide daily construction planning guidance to the project team.
Develop the Construction Execution Plan (CEP) for the assigned facilities.
Ensure Stage-Gate deliverables and processes are developed and followed.
Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment during field studies and CEP development.
Identify need for external consulting for procurement, materials and contracts, ensuring cost and schedule targets.
Manage external consultants to meet development schedules and deliverables.
