Rhapsody Property Management Services in Toronto is seeking a Lead Concierge for Liberty House, a luxury rental community. The successful candidate will be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service to residents, guests and vendors, and promoting a welcoming environment.

The role involves scheduling, training as needed, handling inquiries, supporting resident events, and assisting with marketing activities such as social media postings and blogging.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or general education degree (GED).
• 2+ years in an upscale customer service/concierge setting preferred.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Concierge, preparing schedules, delegating tasks and managing escalations.
• Welcoming residents and guests, answering Concierge phone line, after hours package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
• Provide valuable suggestions and resources while maintaining an open and welcoming environment.
• Build strong relationships with current and future members of the apartment community.
• Assist with on- and off-site resident events and initiatives.
• Provide general resident services such as carrying items to suite, calling taxis, scheduling reservations.
• Ensure that the Community Amenities area has property inventory.
