Job summary

Advantage Personnel is seeking a Branch & Sales Manager to lead our Dartmouth staffing office, drive new business, and manage the team, client relationships, and daily operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on achieving sales targets, coaching staff, and coordinating with the East Coast team to serve the Maritimes and Canada.

Strong sales and people management experience are welcomed; staffing industry experience is an asset but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, business development and managing client relationships.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating branch operations.
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive growth.
• Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily branch operations, financial performance, service delivery and growth.
• Win new business through prospecting, meetings and client visits.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and expand the client base.
• Manage existing accounts and identify staffing opportunities.
• Lead, coach and support Staffing Coordinators and set performance priorities.
• Oversee recruitment and placement activity to meet client needs.
• Monitor sales, recruitment, service and financial results and take action.
• Resolve client and associate concerns, including attendance and assignment issues.
• Ensure branch practices meet policies, standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare client proposals, agreements and branch documentation.
• Collaborate with regional teams and senior leadership to address challenges.
