Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a part-time Laundry Worker at Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient operation of laundry equipment and continuous processing of soiled and clean linens to support patient care.
The role requires Grade 12, infection control knowledge, WHMS training, and willingness to work in a team. Fluency in French is an asset. This is a permanent part-time position with a defined benefits package.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Laundry Worker works to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the department equipment, in accordance with standards, regulations, and department policies; and ensures the continuous processing of soiled and clean laundry and linen products in the department, so as to provide clean and safe products to be used by the laundry customers, in appropriate quantities; and to carry out the above functions in a professional manner, that achieves the mission, goals, and objectives of the Nova Scotia Health.
