Job summary

Eco Property Maintenance in North Vancouver is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks across multiple sites daily, including lawn mowing, edging, bed maintenance, hedge trimming, and snow removal. This physically demanding, fast-paced role emphasizes consistency and high standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year experience in landscape maintenance.
Class 5 driver’s license (preferred, not required).
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

Lawn mowing, trimming, edging.
Garden bed maintenance and clean-ups.
Hedge trimming and pruning.
Site clean-up and debris removal.
Snow and ice removal.
Daily equipment care and organization.
Following systems and schedules accurately.
