Eco Property Maintenance Inc. in North Vancouver is seeking a Seasonal Snow Removal Maintenance Technician to perform daily tasks across multiple sites, including mowing, site cleanup, snow and ice removal, and routine equipment care, with high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

As a Seasonal Snow Removal Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally across multiple sites daily.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role with high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, garden maintenance, hedge trimming (if required during season changeover or dry periods)
• Site clean-up and debris removal
• Snow and ice removal
• Daily equipment care and organization
• Following systems and schedules accurately
  

Role Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in snow removal maintenance
• Class 5 driver’s license (preferred, not required)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Availability and willingness to be on-call through the Winter season, 7 days a week
