Eco Property Maintenance in North Vancouver is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks across multiple sites daily, including lawn mowing, edging, bed maintenance, hedge trimming, and snow removal. This physically demanding, fast-paced role emphasizes consistency and high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in landscape maintenance.
• Class 5 driver’s license (preferred, not required).
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging.
• Garden bed maintenance and clean-ups.
• Hedge trimming and pruning.
• Site clean-up and debris removal.
• Snow and ice removal.
• Daily equipment care and organization.
• Following systems and schedules accurately.
