Job summary

Eco Property Maintenance Inc. in North Vancouver is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician to execute maintenance tasks efficiently across multiple sites daily, including lawns, beds, hedges, and snow removal.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in landscape maintenance, are physically fit, reliable, able to work outdoors in all conditions, and eager to learn. We offer a competitive hourly wage with winter $40/hour, a 4-day work week, extended health benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in landscape maintenance.
• Class 5 driver’s license (preferred, not required).
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging.
• Garden bed maintenance and clean-ups.
• Hedge trimming and pruning.
• Site clean-up and debris removal.
• Snow and ice removal.
• Daily equipment care and organization.
• Following systems and schedules accurately.

As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally across multiple sites daily.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role with high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging
