Job summary

Fossil Landscape Construction in Vancouver seeks a reliable Crew Member to help maintain high-end residential landscapes. You will weed, mow, edge, plant, and assist in keeping properties pristine and inviting for clients.

We value a positive attitude, safety focus, and teamwork. The role offers full-time hours with a weekday schedule and opportunities for training and advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer service commitment.
• Ability to safely operate powered equipment (e.g. line trimmers, lawnmowers).
• Commitment to safety and team safety.
• Preference for certified landscape technicians or horticulture education toward Red Seal.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ensuring properties we maintain look great after every visit.
• Weed and cultivate garden beds.
• Mow and edge lawns.
• Clean and maintain all hardscape and paved surfaces.
• Maintain shrubs, perennials, annual plantings.
• Hedging.
• Install seasonal plantings and garden renovations as required.

Responsibilities:

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of Landscape maintenance experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to customer service.
• The ability to safely operate powered equipment (e.g. line trimmers andlawnmowers).
• A commitment both to safety, and the safety of the team.
• Preference given to certified landscape technicians and those possessing horticulture related education or who have or are workingtowards their Red Seal.
• A driver’s licensewith asafe drivingrecord and being comfortable driving trucks is an asset.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
