GEI Consultants Inc. is seeking a full-time Landscape Designer/ CAD Technician for our ecological restoration, arborist/forestry services, and natural heritage system design projects. The landscape designer would work collaboratively with the natural science and engineering team to prepare grading and planting plans for natural channels, wetland, grassland, woodland, and wildlife habitats, including habitats for species at risk. The landscape designer would also work with the arborist/forestry staff to prepare Tree Inventory Preservation Plan drawings. Our environmental design work contributes to healthier cities and communities, where people benefit from the ecosystem services provided by nature. GEI’s ecological restoration team includes expertise in terrestrial and aquatic ecology, species at risk, landscape architecture, climate change, Indigenous engagement, environmental engineering, hydrogeology, and fluvial geomorphology.
