Overview:A Labourer on our Grading Construction Crew is responsible for assisting in the preparation and leveling of ground surfaces for construction, road building, and site development projects. This role supports supervisors in ensuring that surfaces are graded accurately according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:The hourly range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $27.00 and $35.00 per hour. However, the range offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
