Job summary

LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA in Dorval, Quebec, is seeking a Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge, ensuring the workforce has the tools to excel.

You will partner with managers, HR, and experts to develop curricula, manage the training budget, deliver sessions in person and online, and measure impact through feedback and metrics, while staying current with industry best practices and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or 5–10 years of related fastener experience.
• Experience with fastener-industry machines and tools.
• Ability to manage training programs, budget, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
• Identify training needs and conduct skills gap analyses.
• Design and deliver training sessions in person and online.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Monitor and track employee progress and development; provide coaching.
