Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the MyLearning LMS on SumTotal. You will ensure accurate audience targeting, compliance with training requirements, and efficient LMS operations across enterprise programs.

The role requires 5–10 years of LMS administration experience with SumTotal and strong collaboration with HR data teams and program managers. Remote Canada work is supported under a 12‑month contract with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 5-10 years of LMS platform administration experience.
• Prior experience with SumTotal LMS is required.
• Ability to interpret HR data for audience targeting in enterprise LMS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Audience scoping and configuration, building and quality checking LMS audiences.
• LMS operations including testing, maintenance requests, and course configurations.
• Collaborate with LSAs, PMs, L&D team members and HR data teams.
• Maintain documentation, ensure approvals, and comply with regulatory standards.
