Job summary

Canadian North is seeking a Manager of Leadership Development and Talent Systems to lead leadership development initiatives and oversee LMS/HRIS platforms. You will manage day-to-day program delivery, develop content for leadership programming, and partner with senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.

The role requires 5+ years in HR/Learning and Development leadership, strong change management skills, and experience with HR technologies such as SumTotal, Storyline, UKG, and Power

Qualifications

• Requires degree in HR/IR/BA with leadership experience.
• Experience leading Learning & Development and HRIS teams.
• Ability to implement or upgrade LMS/HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical, communication and confidential handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development programs aligned with values and strategic goals.
• Design content for leadership programming and change management initiatives.
• Oversee LMS and HRIS administration and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with senior HR leadership, business partners and external providers.
• Develop and deliver training programs and assessments; monitor effectiveness.
