Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Business Application Analyst (Learning) to lead a portfolio of Learning Applications. You will act as a functional lead, managing strategies, roadmaps, and relationships with technology and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance.

The role focuses on application strategy, delivery, performance, access, and data governance within Learning platforms, including SumTotal Learn and Workday Learning.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Learning Technology portfolios is a plus.
• Experience with Learning Experience Platforms and LMS vendor systems such as SumTotal Learn and Workday Learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning application strategy, delivery, performance, access, data retention and disposition.
• Oversee deployment and change management for learning applications.
• Provide SME input into project artifacts (ideation, business case, SRS).
• Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance for the application.
• Support incident triage/escalations and vendor management.
• Collaborate with partners to define processes and systems changes.
• Participate in enterprise programs as a SME for application functionality.
