Job summary

BeachHead Inc. is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to support enterprise learning initiatives for a major financial client.

You will configure, maintain, and optimize the SumTotal LMS platform, ensure accurate audience targeting, compliance with training requirements, and deliver scalable learning solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR and Learning Solutions to maintain data integrity, enhance user experience, and document LMS processes, audiences, and approvals,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of LMS administration experience, specifically with SumTotal LMS.
• Strong ability to interpret HR data for audience targeting.
• Experience with ticketing systems and workflow management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Effective stakeholder communication and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the client's MyLearning LMS on SumTotal LMS.
• Ensure accurate audience targeting and compliance with training requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions.
• Review and document audience requirements and produce Audience Approval Documents.
• Build and quality check LMS audiences against approval documentation.
• Implement post-launch audience modifications as needed.
• Manage LMS operations including processing Learning Needs Requests and maintenance tickets.
• Test and configure eLearning courses, instructor-led, and virtual courses.
• Partner with Learning Solutions Architects, Program Managers, and HR data teams on LMS configuration and capabilities.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and user experience within the LMS platform.

Are you an experienced LMS Administrator ready to support enterprise learning initiatives?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a LMS Administrator/SumTotal LMS who willsupportenterprise learning initiatives by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing client;s MyLearning&; LMS platform on SumTotal LMS. This role ensures accurate audience targeting, compliance with training requirements, and efficient execution of LMS operations. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions and maintain high standards of data integrity and user experience.

Pay rate range (CAD): $63.14/hr – $75.77/hr
