Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada seeks an experienced Knowledge Management professional to lead governance, archiving, and the integration of KM into PLM and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Digital Technology, and business stakeholders to improve access to critical knowledge and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Strong English required; French language context expected.

Qualifications

• College or technical degree with 10+ years of experience or university degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Knowledge management, information governance, and related disciplines.
• Excellent English reading/writing; French environment interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise KM governance, standards, and best practices across engineering.
• Manage archiving and retrieval of engineering documentation and critical certifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Digital Technology and business stakeholders to improve access to knowledge.
• Support evaluation and implementation of AI, automation, and digital tech for KM.
• Partner with RTX KM entities and support publishing for engineering docs and releases.
• Integrate KM capabilities within PLM and other enterprise digital solutions.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption of KM processes and tech.
• Monitor industry trends and propose future KM capabilities.
