Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil is seeking an Operations Long-Range Planning Manager to lead the integrated five-year operations plan, translating forecasts into actionable requirements and coordinating with Procurement, Human Resources, Finance and Program Management.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to define capacity, workforce and investment needs, produce executive dashboards and KPIs, and support strategic planning and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing management, or procurement.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a complex industrial environment.
• Strategic leadership and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated long-range operations plan (5-year horizon).
• Translate forecasts and strategic objectives into actionable requirements for operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement to integrate supplier strategies into the long-range plan.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and Programme Management to align resources and investments.
• Produce executive dashboards and KPIs to measure progress and outcomes.
