Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. seeks an experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect to lead end-to-end technology architectures in a digital transformation context in Canada. You will map business needs to scalable PLM/ERP integrations and drive data governance across multiple domains.

The role requires expertise in PLM and SAP S/4HANA, with strong leadership, bilingual (English/French) communication, and collaboration across project teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in solution/enterprise architecture in a digital transformation context.
• Experience with application ecosystems such as PLM, ERP, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and SAP S/4HANA.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end technology solutions based on business, application and data needs;
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, integrated and sustainable technology architectures;
• Define architectures and integration flows between PLM, ERP, Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Manufacturing environments;
• Design integrations between applications using APIs, middleware, connectors, services, events, and batch interfaces;
• Participate in application modernization, system replacement, and digital transformation initiatives;
• Evaluate the impacts of transformations on business processes, applications, integrations and data;
• Develop and maintain architecture deliverables, including solution architectures, integration diagrams, data flows, process templates, technology roadmaps, and associated documentation;
• Review and approve functional, technical and integration specifications;
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies related to architecture, integrations, and data;
• Support migration, master data management, governance, and systems transition activities;
• Ensure that solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, governance and risk management standards;
• Participate in governance bodies and review committees for solutions and changes;
• Collaborate with project managers, architectural consultants, business managers, suppliers and delivery teams;
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project and development teams;
• Support projects throughout the delivery cycle, from needs analysis to deployment, stabilization and post-implementation support.

Profile

• Have a minimum of eight years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture in a digital transformation context;
• Experience with application ecosystems such as PLM, ERP, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing or supply chain;
• Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter PLM or equivalent, including change management processes, workflows and integrations;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP, including manufacturing, financial, or supply chain processes;
• Design end-to-end integration architectures using APIs, services, events, middleware, and batch interfaces;
• Perform system modernization, migration and application transformation activities;
• Demonstrate experience in application architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and master data management;
• Ensure data management, migration, governance and quality;
• Produce architecture deliverables such as solution architectures, integration diagrams, data flows, process templates, benchmarking, and roadmaps;
• Perform impact analyses covering multiple applications and business areas;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and practices;
• Understand the principles of security, compliance, governance, and risk management;
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies;
• Lead design workshops and convert complex business needs into concrete technological solutions;
• Demonstrate experience in delivering projects from design to operational support;
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders from various business fields;
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba for procurement, sourcing and supplier collaboration processes (an asset);
• Use OneStream or equivalent financial consolidation and planning solution (an asset);
• Proficient in a low-code platform such as Mendix or Microsoft Power Apps (an asset);
• Hold TOGAF knowledge or certification (an asset);
• Use the ArchiMate modeling language (an asset);
• Knowledge of an enterprise architecture tool such as LeanIX (an asset);
• Experience with program or product change management processes (an asset);
• Present and have solutions approved by architecture or change governance committees (an asset);
• Experience in the aeronautics, aerospace, manufacturing, automotive or engineering sectors (an asset);
• This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
