Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada seeks a Senior PLM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of PLM solutions (3DEXPERIENCE/DELMIA) at our Longueuil site. You will shape the PLM software strategy, guide DevOps practices, and ensure security and architecture governance.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in software architecture, experience with ERP/MES integration, and leadership of development teams, including offshore groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture or similar roles.
• Proven experience designing and validating complex architectures and influencing decisions across stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into practical technical solutions.
• Experience leading development teams, including offshore teams.
• Experience integrating 3DEXPERIENCE with ERP/MES systems; DELMIA knowledge is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement DT solutions aligned with the PLM roadmap, integrating major DT apps such as 3DEXPERIENCE, Apriso, SAP, Solumina and in-house apps.
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security standards; document best practices and governance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, SAFe teams and Project Manager for plan definition and execution.
• Create and present Solution Architecture to Architecture Review Boards; support project gate deliverables.
• Contribute to a coherent PLM software strategy within the department.
• Leverage DevOps to shorten time-to-market for PLM solutions.
