Job summary

Shadow Light Studios is seeking a technical Klaviyo email designer and copywriter who can build and optimize revenue-generating flows from the ground up. You will own the Klaviyo backend and craft copy that converts, leveraging AI tools to draft, edit, and polish.

You will design email, landing page, and SMS flows, write high-converting copy, set up new flows, and drive KPIs tied to sales. This is a part-time role with a clear path to full-time as growth occurs, offering $2,000–$4,000/month

Qualifications

• Strong Klaviyo fluency: flows, segmentation, automation, optimization.
• Experience with fashion e-commerce or similar niche.
• Creative and technical mindset: writing copy and building backend logic.
• Comfortable using AI tools in workflow with QA and refinement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build email, landing page, and SMS flows in Klaviyo.
• Write high-converting copy for email and SMS using AI drafting while owning strategy, editing, and final polish.
• Set up new automated flows and optimize the ones already running.
• Own performance against KPIs tied to sales conversion within Klaviyo.
