Job summary

Superior Farm Equipment Ltd. is seeking a Kitter to join our Regina, SK facility. The role focuses on assembling kits of components for production, maintaining organized materials, and ensuring smooth workflow on the line.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift and other equipment, promptly reporting shortages, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. Requires a high school diploma, two years in manufacturing, forklift experience (can be gained after hire), and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving forklifts and similar equipment (can be attained after hire).
• Work independently in a busy environment.
• Highly flexible, with interpersonal skills for a diverse environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Work well under pressure and with strong attention to detail.
• Able to deal with people tactfully, diplomatically and professionally.

We are recruiting a Kitter position to join our team at our facility in Regina, SK. The shift is MondayThursday,10 hour days.

Job Duties:

• Support production by assembling kits of necessary components for assembly
• Identify & notify supervisor of shortages
• Sort & place material or items on racks,shelves or bins according to pre-determined criteria
• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method
• Organize warehouse & work area for orderliness & cleanliness at all times
• Use a forklift & other industrial equipment for unloading & moving products when needed

Requirements:
