Qualifications

• 2nd school diploma or higher.
• 1–2 years of advanced trouble-shooting skills (or equivalent education).
• Mechanical and electro-mechanical skills are an asset.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions carefully.
• Computer skills, basic Excel and email skills are required.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver\'s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Restock kiosks and perform routine service on kiosks.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments when machines are out of order.
• Install machines in the local area.
• Monitor territory reports daily and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
• Maintain inventory for re-stocking machines.
• Engage with store staff/management to promote the machine and improve revenue.
• Drive revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations and uptime.
