Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain retail store technologies in Canada. You will travel domestically to customer locations, perform installations, and support store systems while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You must have strong IT knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical work and overtime as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience; IT/technical degree or certificate preferred.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time, including air travel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Operate in assigned territory and perform repairs and services on products; install equipment at new/remodeled sites.
• Travel within territory or nationally to customer locations for installations or service delivery.
• Communicate status and customer satisfaction to management and customers; document activities per Toshiba standards.
