Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and computer systems across client sites. You will perform installations, repairs, and ongoing support in a fast-paced environment, traveling as needed to installations and service calls.

The role emphasizes documentation, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with store personnel. A High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience is required; travel is 100% and candidates

Competenze

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience; IT/Technical degree or certificate preferred
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time, domestic and/or air travel; may be assigned to a local territory but air travel may be necessary for installations
• Knowledge of PC technology, network infrastructure, POS equipment, and retail devices
• Mechanical aptitude with competency in electricity & electronics; able to use testing equipment and basic hand tools

Mansioni

• Operates in assigned territory; performs repairs and services on products and installs equipment in new/remodeled sites
• Travels within territory or nationally to install, relocate, or modify retail POS equipment
• Communicates status and customer satisfaction to stakeholders; maintains professional relationships
• Plans, prioritizes, and schedules work; arranges travel using approved tools; supports varying shifts
• Documents installation activities per Toshiba standards using automated systems
