Job summary

Ketek is seeking a Service Representative to support client retention through hands-on customer service, field and shop duties, and strict safety adherence. You will install, troubleshoot and maintain Ketek equipment, operate various tools, and complete site paperwork while following dispatch directions and safety protocols.

The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handle changing schedules, and participate in safety training regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years oilfield and/or construction experience.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean driver’s abstract.
• Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to demonstrate good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Familiar and comfortable with various saws, grinders and other hand tools.
• Able to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Ability to handle changing schedules and priorities, with high level prioritization skills.
• Strong work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote excellent relationships through clear and accurate communication.
• Take instruction from Dispatch and/or act to ensure tasks are completed in a safe manner; install, troubleshoot, maintain, demobilize Ketek equipment for the benefit of the Client.
• Use, clean, and maintain the different tools required at the worksite.
• When not in the field, work in the shop and complete duties under the direction of a Shop Foreman; follow instruction from Dispatch.
• Take responsibility for all related site functions.
• Perform routine onsite housekeeping duties.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner.
• Fill required paperwork.
• Ability to successfully complete safety training as required on an ongoing basis.
• Observe all safety procedures and use proper Personal Protective Equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
