Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring Field Service Technicians to support major retail clients. You will install, service, and maintain electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

Training is provided to ensure you can deliver best-in-class service and resolve issues effectively. The role involves travel, rotating shifts, and physical work; you will work with a team that values safety, learning, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to travel to the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• PC and basic electronic skills; hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long driving hours.
• Rotating and weekend shifts; flexible work times.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, or 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within territory.
• Perform maintenance, PM work, and system overhauls.
