Marc Jacobs International seeks a dependable Keyholder for its McArthurGlen Designer Outlet store in Richmond, Vancouver. The role involves opening/closing duties, cash handling, and leadership support in the absence of management.

You will actively support sales and service, delivering an exceptional client experience and engaging in clienteling to drive store performance. The position requires 3+ years in retail, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ retail experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer-service mindset with de-escalation skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage cash transactions and deposits.
• Strong product knowledge and styling expertise.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed sales KPIs and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain guest-ready environment and stockroom organization.
• Provide styling expertise and educate clients on Marc Jacobs Universe.
• Capture client data and nurture relationships through follow-up.
