Job summary

SMCP is seeking a part-time Retail Operations Associate for Maje at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Richmond. You will manage merchandise intake, store transfers, markdowns, RTVs, floor sets, replenishment, and POS support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in sales support, strong organization, multi-tasking, and a professional presentation. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Vancouver compensation range is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales support experience, including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Ability to work within timelines with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation and flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the check-in and processing of incoming merchandise for the sales floor.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers to ensure timely movement of stock.
• Oversee markdowns and ensure pricing changes are reflected on the floor.
• Process RTVs (Return to Vendor) with accurate records and vendor guidelines.
• Assist with floor sets and merchandise replenishment to maintain a fresh display.
• Support POS operations and assist customers on the sales floor.
