Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment.
• Strong English communication - verbal and written; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Protect the customer experience in all areas.
• Assist in training new associates on customer service standards and product knowledge.
• Supervise sales floor and provide direct supervision in the absence of a store manager on the floor.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are performed per store hours and policies.
• Assist with inventory preparations and participate in Inventory as needed.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Achieve personal SPH goals and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
