Job summary

Value Buds Baseline Village in Alberta is seeking a motivated Keyholder/Shift Lead for cannabis retail. You will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service while guiding customers and supporting teammates in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll assist with merchandising, operate the POS, manage inventory checks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and cannabis selling certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Must meet provincial age requirements (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
