SNDL Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder / Shift Lead for Value Buds Jasper in Jasper, AB. In this fast-paced cannabis retail role, you’ll welcome customers, provide product education, manage the POS, and support daily store operations during your shifts.

Ideal candidates bring retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a cannabis selling certification. You must meet provincial age requirements, be able to stand long hours, and contribute to a compliant, customer-first team.

Formación

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do
