FOUR20 Premium Market is seeking enthusiastic team members who are passionate about cannabis culture and education. You will contribute to an exceptional in-store experience and help customers navigate product formats while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates have retail and customer service experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a willingness to learn as the company grows across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build baskets based on customer needs and recommendations.
• Manage transactions, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS).
• Open and close procedures of the store.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Support merchandising and stocking to keep product levels adequate.

Essential Functions

• Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
• Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

• Must be of legal age and hold a license in the province of the position *Non-negotiable*

• Retail and customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and develop
• Ability to work at multiple locations will allow for more hours and development
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
