Inspired Cannabis is seeking a Store Keyholder to lead daily operations in Quinte West, Ontario. You will model exceptional customer service, coach teammates, and ensure smooth store performance during busy periods.

Qualifications

The Role

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver and model consistent, high-quality customer service, including addressing and resolving escalations.
  • Support team members in providing informed and responsible cannabis education.
  • Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
  • Coach team members on product recommendations and sales techniques.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer retention.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, categories, and regulations, and support ongoing team education.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash management.
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
  • Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and organization.
  • Provide on-shift leadership and direction to team members.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new employees.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum age requirement as per provincial regulations (typically 19+).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • 2 years plus experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role, with previous leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and support team members.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability, and leads by example to support team performance and engagement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and communicate clearly to address issues proactively.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Provincial cannabis certification (e.g., CannSell or equivalent) required.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.
