Job summary

FOUR20 Premium Market Ltd in Alberta is seeking passionate cannabis retail staff to join our growing team. You will help customers, recommend products, manage POS transactions, and contribute to a safe, inclusive in-store experience.

This role requires legal age and a Cannabis Qualification in Alberta, POS familiarity, reliable communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; based in Calgary with potential locations.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required or preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and help customers choose products.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations.
• Working together as a team, contributing to FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees.
• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS).
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store.
• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting.
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained.
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
