Job summary

FOUR20 Premium Market is seeking enthusiastic team members in Alberta to contribute to an exceptional in-store experience. You will assist customers, share knowledge about cannabis products, and uphold safety and regulatory standards in a dynamic retail setting.

Candidates should be at least of legal age, with retail and customer service experience, and be comfortable working with POS systems. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is often required.

Essential Functions

• Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
• Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
