FOUR20 Premium Market Ltd in Calgary invites passionate cannabis enthusiasts to join our growing team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, educate shoppers on product formats and options, and help build positive experiences that reflect our community values.

As part of a team across multiple locations, you will operate Lightspeed POS, assist with inventory and merchandising, and ensure regulatory standards are followed while maintaining a safe, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Must have retail and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

• Retail and customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and develop
• Ability to work at multiple locations will allow for more hours and development
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
