Key Account Manager, Energy Market

Your role enables collaboration with various internal departments and external partners and suppliers. Responsibilities
  1. Support and develop your customer portfolio in all commercial and technical matters.
  2. Maintain a healthy CRM opportunity pipeline, manage activities and tasks, and keep contacts current.
  3. Manage and communicate Key Account Plans, conduct regular Key Account Meetings, and demonstrate industry understanding.
  4. Acquire new business and develop existing product ranges.
  5. Advise customers during product development in collaboration with Engineering and R&D, and create tailored, compelling offers.
  6. Analyze market conditions, recognize trends, develop strategies, and contribute to operational and long-term success.
  7. Implement offering strategies in focus areas and drive profitable growth in general industry markets.
Your Profile
  1. University degree preferred.
  2. At least seven years' experience in technical sales, preferably in elastomer, thermoplastics, and/or metal products.
  3. Knowledge of elastomer and/or plastic manufacturing and application, ideally in an industrial or general industry environment.
Skills
  1. Determined, communicative, customer-oriented personality with high affinity for elastomer industry.
  2. Ability to identify and close new opportunities in the market.
  3. Strong analytical, technical, and financial skills; excellent interpersonal skills; autonomous and a good team player.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  5. Work from home with travel for customer visits, conferences, and internal meetings.
