As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net new and expansion revenue by targeting mid-sized businesses. You will engage with performance marketers, conduct product demos, and manage the full sales cycle to close high-value contracts. This is a remote-first offers a base salary of 87,500 plus commission.

COMPENSATION&BENEFITS:

  • BaseSalary:$87,500
  • On-TargetEarnings(OTE):$175,000 - $210,000
  • Commission:Paid Quarterly, Uncapped earning potential based on performance

SALESTERRITORY&WORKMODEL:

  • Location:Remote-first (Preferred based in GTA)
  • SalesTerritory:Mid-market businesses across North and South America

EXPERIENCE,BACKGROUND&EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience selling digital advertising services, marketing solutions, or performance-driven campaigns to mid-market businesses at a performance marketing agency preferred.
  • 2+ years of full cycle sales experience with great online demo skills/experiences

SALESCYCLE&ACCOUNT SIZE:

  • SalesCycle:Typically 1-3 months
  • DealSize:$1,500/month

LEADS&PROSPECTING:

  • Currently,mostleadsarewarminboundinquiriesfrom people filling out forms on the website
  • Goal:Transition to a higher percentage of outbound sales for mid-market deals
  • Collaborativesalesprocessfocused on long-term client success

PROSPECTIVECUSTOMERS/INDUSTRYFOCUS/DECISION- MAKER(S):

  • Industries:eCommerce, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and digital advertising agencies
  • TargetClients:Medium to large digital-first businesses, agencies, and performance marketers
  • Decision-Makers:Marketing Directors, VP of Growth, Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), and Performance Marketing Managers
